For Tulsa area families, Reasors Pharmacies are the pharmacy of choice in the Exclusive Provider Network. What is the preferred Provider Network?

The Preferred Network is a large network of hospitals, physicians, specialists and facilities across the entire state, the entire country, and Puerto Rico, that Medical Discount Solutions members have access to health care.  The preferred provider network is made up of 393,225 physicians, 1,269 Hospitals, and 34,409 ancillary facilities.

What is the Exclusive Provider Network?

The Exclusive Network is a small network of providers in the Tulsa area that our members have access to health care. Providers on our Exclusive network have price lists on our site available for our members to view.

Do I have to file a claim form to get the savings?

No. There are no claim forms or other paperwork to file. Most providers will provide you with the network price immediately during your visit according to the appropriate fee schedule of the appropriate network.

Who is included in your household?

Household is defined by Medical Discount Solutions of Oklahoma as being you, your spouse and/or children up to the age of 21. Children under the age of 21 living at home or away at college are eligible.

What if I am traveling or moving and need to use one of the health services?

Memberships at Medical Discount Solutions are valid anywhere across the United States including Puerto Rico.

Are there any age restrictions?

Medical Discount Solutions of Oklahoma accepts membership regardless of age. Therefore no age restrictions apply to this program.

Are there any restrictions to become a Member?

Medical Discount Solutions of Oklahoma cannot accept Medicare or Medicaid members. Medicare and Medicaid members already receive a government sponsored discount.

How does Medical Discount Solutions of Oklahoma program differ from insurance?

The Medical Discount Solutions of Oklahoma program is not insurance! Medical Discount Solutions does not make payments directly to providers or facilities. There are no claim forms to complete. Members of Medical Discount Solutions pay at the time of service and receive a discount at participating providers and facilities.

I already have insurance. How does the Medical Discount Solutions card work with my insurance?

Medical Discount Solutions of Oklahoma can be used with some insurance in order to reduce the out-of-pocket expenses. The Medical Discount Solutions of Oklahoma savings are based on the total cost of the product and/or service before any insurance claims are filed. Therefore, if your insurance has a high deductible or a high co-payment, the Medical Discount Solutions of Oklahoma savings can be applied to decrease the out-of-pocket expense. You may be able to use your card for prescription drugs not covered by your HMO or managed care plan. You can also use the Card to cover expenses not covered by most insurance plans such as dental and chiropractic care. Medical Discount Solutions of Oklahoma does not undertake to pay or reimburse you for your health care expenses. Medical Discount Solutions of Oklahoma does not make payments to providers or facilities for services rendered.
