Medical Discount Solutions of Oklahoma may charge a reasonable one time processing fee and a periodic charge. If member cancels membership within first 30 days, member must receive a reimbursement of all periodic charges.
If member cancels their membership within the first 30 days by notifying MDSO
with a written notice and returning all member cards, member will receive a full
refund of membership dues. The $25.00 registration/processing fee is
non-refundable. Member may cancel at anytime by mailing their written notice and

New Member will receive welcome packets and member cards within 15 business days
of registration. New member must live in Oklahoma to receive this information by

Upon becoming a MDSO member, your ACH or credit card authentication is processed in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encrypted session between the client browser and the MDSO servers. In order to ensure the highest level of security, Verisign Global Server ID's have been installed on each server. Global Server ID's enable clients to establish a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encrypted session with the server. No Clear text password authentication is possible.
Delivery of Cards:
All members are required to wait a mandatory 30 day period before using their coverage. Cards will be mailed during this time.
